BONT CHIROPRACTIC A STEP TO BETTER HEALTH M ASK THE DOCTOR What causes the spine to go out of place? Heather from Grantsburg There are many causes of your spine going out of place. The causes may be something major like an automobile accident or something simple like bending over to tie your shoe. But most of the time it happens from what we phrase, "the microtraumas of daily living". Our daily routine can be quite strenuous on the body. Things like sitting in the car and driving to work everyday. Working at a computer with your head slightly flexed forward, the stress of a deadline, watching your kids play volleyball with ouru head going back and forth! Repetitive actions are especially hard on your spine and other joints of the body. Last weekend my wife and I traveled to South Carolinia to watch our grand kids perform in a play. Lets consider just a couple of the "micro traumas" our bodies went through. First of all...just the stress of being in the airport! Sitting in the so comfortable and roomy seats in the jet plane, carrying our bags too and from the terminal, driving a rental car, sleeping in a different bed... The list goes on! First thing I did on Monday morning was to get an adjustment from Dr. Kal and realign my spine. Got everything back in place so I could continue fixing other peoples spines. I hope that answers your question. Hope you have a great week. Submit your questions to: ask@bontchiropractic.net 144 N. ADAMS STREET ST.
